If your domain is under attack or is abused for data transmission, traffic spikes may occur. In this case, you will receive a high bill that charges you for surge traffic.
- AgileCDN is hourly charged for billing, so the CDN service won’t suspend instantly, it may cause delays to suspend your service to the next hour, and cause overdue payments or over the limit of the grace period.
- If you enable grace periods function, your CDN service keep running until the amount of your outstanding payment exceeds the grace periods’ quota limit. If you haven’t enabled grace periods function, please submit a ticket on AgileCDN control panel.
