If you have overdue payments, the system will send you an email for notification.
When your account balance becomes overdue and you haven’t enabled grace periods function or the amount of your outstanding payment exceeds the grace periods’ quota limit, CDN acceleration will be suspended instantly.
Tips: To enable grace periods function, please submit a ticket on AgileCDN control panel.
- AgileCDN will instantly suspend the acceleration services and change the status of the accelerated domain name to offline(suspension). The accelerated domain name will be resolved to the invalid address “offline.***.com” by using its CNAME and then the accelerated domain is inaccessible.
- Once the service suspends, your cached resources will be released but the configurations of domain will be retained for one month.
To ensure that your CDN service will not be interrupted, please settle the overdue payments in the AgileCDN control panel in time, you can manually resume your CDN service.
Low Balance Alerts
We provide low balance alert function which sends an email to you for notification when your account balance is insufficient.
The system calculates your account balance cloud cover next 3 hours' cost, the calculated standard is based on the average hourly cost for the previous 7 hours billing cost.
